I want to cry

I am feeling a bit depressed as of this very moment and paiyak-iyak ako since I arrived here at work (syempre di ko magawang umiyak ng todo dahil gagawa ako ng eksena noh at ayoko nun. haha!)...

Anyway, I'm saving my crying moment later... I will cry to the Lord in my quiet time...

In the mean time, because I want to feel relaxed and calm (and because papatak-patak ang work load ko) I'm looking at these:

Christmas Conversations

Two of my most memorable Christmas moment:

Conversation #1, with John at the dining table after he played with his neice and inaanak- the super cute baby Chloe...

Rajsh: Naiimagine mo ba pag may anak na tayo? Ano magiging reaction mo?

John: Oo, parang ayaw ko na pumasok.

Rajsh: (in her mind and heart) Awww... *teary eyed*

(kung hindi klaro at di mo na-gets yung sinabi ni John, eto yun: baka daw hindi na sya pumasok sa work  kasi parang gusto nya laging makasama lang ang baby namin. Hehe. Ok ba? Kailangan tlga i-explain ko? LOL)


Conversation #2, with John, Mang Boy, Mama Edith, John-liit (pamangkin ni John), Noel and Erwin (ata) at the dining table:

Mang Boy to John: Next year na ba kayo?

John: Ano pong next year?

Mang Boy: Kung next year na ba ang kasal nyo...
Rajsh (sumabat): Sa 20-- po...

John to Mang Boy: Anong kasal?

John to Rajsh: Ano ba kita? Friends lang tayo ah!

John-liit (sumabat din): Kapatid lang ang turing ko sa'yo!

Everybody: Laughed out loud!

Hehe. Yun lang. Bow! :-)

Gifts vs Gift

The Lord made me feel so loved with the gifts I received but at the same time He reminded me that the GREATEST GIFT  OF ALL was HIS LOVE expressed at the cross- MY SALVATION!

That left me overwhelmed (again and as always!).

“Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.  She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” -Matt 1:20-21

That is one unforgettable quote I learned from our mentoring session (watching the Love and Respect conference in dvd).  What does it have to do with the title of this post?

My heart has been crying and mourning over something that has been going on... This "something" is not new. It has happened a couple of times. To be honest, I lost count already. And to date, I still ask-- Why are they like that? Why do they choose to leave a legacy like this to us and the generation after us?

Nakakalungkot. Nakakadisappoint. Pero ayun na nga, sila naman ang magiging accountable kay God pagdating ng panahon.

So I say it again--
